Psychologists believe you should forget about all the reasons
why "It Wont Work" and find then show yourself the one reason why it will!
And I have to agree.
And I have to agree.
When was the last time that you came to the conclusion: "See I told you it wont work?"
Did you arrive at this conclusion because you heard it from someone or saw someone else try and fail or you tried and failed yourself?
When you tried and failed, do you realise that your failure was probably to do with you attempting the task using the skills, knowledge and evidence from the last time you tried the task (or similar) and it didn’t work then neither? Especially if going about it in the same manner?

| How you so sure it wont work? |
When you tried and failed, do you realise that your failure was probably to do with you attempting the task using the skills, knowledge and evidence from the last time you tried the task (or similar) and it didn’t work then neither? Especially if going about it in the same manner?
For example, you are practising specific guitar chords using the same hand positioning as you always do. However it isn't until someone, with more experience than you, points out that your positioning is incorrect for achieving the maximum effect of the chords sounds. So without realising it you have being doing more harm than good each time you were practising because each time you were incorrectly reinforcing your learning knowledge.
When you complete a task in the same way as you have always done, is it your fault or lack of knowledge why you keep doing it that way?
Got you thinking have I?

Back to the guitar chords example. Now you are aware and it was demonstrated that you were doing it wrong, I am certain that you'll be more confident the next time around you practise and of course this example can be adapted to any task you are attempting to do again and again and failing.
I say this because any new awareness is a motivator to drive you to not stop until you arrive at your end goal, even if means more adjusting as you
go along.
Until you reach success, seeing that another person has achieved the same goal as you, then
you know that you can do it too.
Have you heard the quote:
‘Dream chasers have a habit of doing the things dream killers don't like to do’ (Com Mirza)
I liked it too when I read it at first!
Listen, when next attempting a task for the first time and you've got any doubts, remember to look for the one reason why it will work!
The reality is that small accomplishments, lead to confidence and snowballs from there and will be evident when you next attempt the same task or similar.
HINT: Before you answer, do you recall the chapter: Excuses:I'm Not An Expert because you'll know the answer to that question is no!

Do you know that giving up before even starting can be linked to your self-esteem?
Do you really need talent and complete knowledge to accomplish something?
Go for it because it can work.
You just have to figure out how.
You just have to figure out how.
Go on. I dare you to make yourself proud by starting that task today, that you've been putting off and leave the phrase:
"It Won’t Work Because It’s Been Done Before" to those who haven’t read my book yet ;)

If seeking more guidance on this topic here are some of my recommended books:
RECOMMENDED BOOKS:
Said it before and will say it again. If one person can do
it, so can you and in a book titled: Professional Dreamer by Ghalil .
There are so many inspirational stories of those who pushed themselves out of their comfort zone and discovered that they could achieve more than they first thought.

Ghalil describes the WHY and the HOW you can overcome
those little niggle thoughts you may have, by showing you lots of encouragement by way of example stories of her clients and others.
It is written in such
a way that shows you that you are so much more powerful than you may realize.
Another book I
recommend found on Amazon website (got so many favourites) is Fast Lane by MJ DeMarco . I found to be a great
wake up call to bypassing my limited mindset (at the time) - fast.
Remember that you only fail if you give up!
